How it Works

Step 1 - No Obligation - Free Consultation

If you’ve had a look around our website and decided we might be what you’re looking for, then fill out our online Free Consultation form. Within 24 hours you will receive an email to confirm a phone consultation time. At the arranged time we will call you and discuss your project and answer any questions you might have. After the consultation you can decide if you’d like to continue.

Step 2 - Sign Contract/Begin Work

At this point we will have a good understanding of your project and which services your interested in. We will confirm the final price for your project and send you a contract that covers all the details. Once the contract is signed and returned and an initial payment of 20% is made we will begin work on your project. After this point we give a 100% guarantee that there will be no extra costs added on unless the client decides to add on extra services.

Step 3 - Send in Content

If you have any content you know you want on your website like pictures, logo, text, etc.. then this would be the time to send it to us. We will use what you send us in the website design process. If you don’t have much content to send in then we can help you come up with it.

Step 4 - Approve Design

We will create an image showing what the design for your website will look like and email it to you. At that point you can decide if you like it and/or you want any major changes made. Or if you don’t like the design at all we will do one total redesign at no extra cost because we want you to be happy with your website (any additional redesigns will be considered additional services). Once a design has been approved we will continue to the next step.

Step 5 - Finishing the Website/Final Payment

Now that a design has been decided we turn it into a real website. Once the first draft of the website is finished we will send you a temporary link to view your website. You will need to look through the website and see if you have any changes. Once you have approved the website it will be declared complete and the rest of the payment will be due.

Step 6 - Transferring website to your hosting/domain name

If you don’t already have hosting and a domain name then you will need to set up an account on a hosting provider. If you don’t know how to set up hosting then we can provide company recommendations and help you get set up at no extra cost. Once proper hosting is set up the website will be transferred over to you and your website will appear at your domain name and will be ready to use. All clients are responsible for paying for their own hosting and domain fees. After your website is running online at your domain name all additional updates/changes will be considered maintenance.

Step 7 - Maintaining your Website

Your website is now online and running great but you may have changes that need to be made. If you did not choose to have a Content Management System added to your website so that you can maintain it yourself then you can choose one of our maintenance plans.
